Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Cookies are made with traditional cookie ingredients like flour, butter, sugar, and salt. Additional ingredients will vary depending on the type of cookie and they may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or soy.
Are your cookies baked fresh?
Yes! Cookies are baked fresh for each request to ensure the best flavor and texture.
Do you ship cookies?
Not at this time.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Not at this time, but maybe in the future.

What We Collect
When you place a cookie order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you provide about your order. If you sign up for text alerts through our Cookie Club page, we collect your phone number and your consent to receive messages.
How We Use It
We use this information to fulfill and communicate about your cookie orders, and to send text message alerts about new flavors, restocks, drops, and pickup windows to those who've opted in. We don't use it for anything else.
Text Message Opt-In
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by using the Unsubscribe option on our Cookie Club page.
Third Parties We Use
We use Formspree to process cookie order form submissions, a text messaging provider to send SMS alerts, and Ghost to host this website. These services process the information above only to the extent needed to provide their function to us.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order information for our own recordkeeping. If you unsubscribe from text alerts, we keep a record of that opt-out so we don't accidentally message you again.

By opting in to Cookie Club text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Baked by Jen at the phone number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all phones or carriers may be supported.
